Cancellation Policy

Payment Process

To secure your booking, a small deposit is required. The remaining balance is payable on the first day of your tour. The deposit amount is determined by our management based on the type of service and the time remaining before the tour starts.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation fees cover the direct costs incurred when modifying or canceling your booking.
  • By booking through our website, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy.
  • Your booking agreement with Morocco Fabulous Travel is considered confirmed once we receive your deposit and issue a confirmation email.
  • The lead traveler who completes the reservation is responsible for accepting these terms on behalf of all travelers in their group.
  • All communication related to cancellations or modifications must be submitted by the lead traveler.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent through the customer contact form and must be confirmed by Morocco Fabulous Travel before any action is taken.
  • If eligible, refunds will be issued promptly, and the deposit will be returned to the same credit card used for the original payment.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in the refund process.
  • The cancellation policy is applied according to the original scheduled departure date

Cancellation of Private Tours

Please notify us in writing if you need to cancel your private tour for any reason, whether avoidable or unavoidable.

Cancellation charges apply from the moment we receive your written notice.

Low & Medium Season
(January 5 – February 28, June 1 – September 30, November 1 – December 20)

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date qualify for a 100% deposit refund or 100% future travel credit (excluding reservation fees).

  • Cancellations made within 6 days or less of the tour date are not eligible for a deposit refund.

High Season
(March 1 – May 31, October 1 – October 31, December 21 – January 4)

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour date qualify for a 100% deposit refund or 100% future travel credit (excluding reservation fees).

  • Cancellations made within 14 days or less of the tour date are not eligible for a deposit refund.

Cancellation of Shared Tours

If you need to cancel your small shared tour, please notify us in writing.

Cancellation fees apply from the moment we receive your written notice.

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is canceled 2 days or less before the scheduled departure.
